Primary sources / Reading index
The document room.
Opinions and orders, organized by the question they decided—not by a claim of success.

Privacy before access: external originals may identify survivors, family members, or witnesses and include details omitted here. The three hosted editions are publisher-redacted, not court-redacted. They preserve all source pages but are rasterized, lack a searchable/OCR accessibility layer, and do not guarantee anonymity. Source citations can lead to original records.
Eight documents. Six case studies.
This is a curated reading index, not an exhaustive docket or a claim of current case status. The case notes explain each document’s posture, limits, provenance, and page guide.

Editorial source policy
Court-authored judicial text is distinguished from commercial headnotes, database exports, pleadings, and internal research. Public availability is not blanket privacy or redistribution clearance. Hosted editions are separately screened, with unchanged originals retained privately; new originals are linked rather than automatically republished.
No client communications, internal testimony, private attorney memoranda, or research-note exports are part of this index. We minimize identifying and graphic detail in case notes while retaining the corporate and judicial context needed to understand a decision.
How to cite what you read
Use the court’s citation and slip-page numbering, not a summary headline. Identify a publisher privacy edition when citing it. These editions omit material and should not be represented as certified court copies. For a filing or legal reliance, independently verify the original record, applicable authority, and later history.
